Envirologs®
 Envirolog® is an environmental friendly gabion type used for erosion control bank protection for rivers, shorelines and streambanks. Envirologs® help to slow water velocities near the banks and trap sediment. Envirolog® is an elliptical gabion made of PVC coated double twist hexagonal steel wire mesh, lined with a coir (coconut) fiber blanket and filled with stone and soil, providing immediate erosion control and a stable medium for establishing vegetation. Vegetation can be planted before or after installation. Live cuttings can be driven into the unit, or placed between consecutive courses of Envirolog® units. They can be combined with geogrids to form an MSE structure; with the geogrids as the primary reinforcement within the slope, and the Envirologs® as the facia units.
