MacGrid® WB
MacGrid® WB1 & WB2 are bi-axial polymer geogrids used in basal reinforcement for paved or unpaved roads by providing reinforcement and confinement to base course materials. They can save up to 30% of the base course materials. They are manufactured from high tenacity polyester fibers, woven into a grid matrix with a PVC protective sheathing. MacGrid® is inert to biological degradation and is resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis and acids. Its structure offers high strength with low strain, characteristics normally only found in rigid biaxial geogrids.
